Congratulations to the Praslin/:La Digue May 2026 Cohort

The Seychelles Alzheimer’s Foundation would like to extend its sincere appreciation to everyone who helped make the Praslin training session possible.

A special thank you goes to Mandy, our Praslin representative, for coordinating the logistics and ensuring that arrangements were in place for the day. We are also grateful to Jerris for providing transportation support, and to our dedicated facilitators, Dr Annia, Bernadette, and Ylva, for sharing their knowledge, experience, and guidance with participants.

We also wish to thank the Baha’i Centre for providing such a welcoming and suitable venue. The environment was comfortable, supportive, and highly conducive to learning and open discussion.

Throughout the sessions, participants engaged meaningfully, asked important questions, and shared personal stories and experiences. Although attendance was lower than anticipated, the day was both valuable and inspiring. It provided an important opportunity for learning, reflection, and continued awareness around dementia care and support within the community.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to making the day a success.
